Since the day I first met Dr. Khan, it has been quite a journey. We worked together to understand every detail of SONIK by Neuro Spinal Innovation Inc. and the technology behind it. Along the way, Dr. Khan became not only a friend, but also a mentor to me in the chronic pain space.
Most importantly, he trusted me with the opportunity to represent SONIK through an distributorship agreement in the United States and Latin America. Exclusive Distributorship for Florida.
Thank you, Dr. Khan, for your trust and for giving me the opportunity to help bring this technology to more healthcare professionals and, ultimately, to more people living with chronic pain.
But I quickly realized that understanding the technology was only the beginning. I wanted to see what SONIK could actually mean for patients. So I started reaching out to neurosurgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to learn from their experience and perspectives. I was fortunate to have Dr. Aldo Berti, an incredibly talented neurosurgeon with four decades of experience practicing in the United States and Peru, join me on this journey and help me look at SONIK from a deeper medical perspective.
I also organized two live demonstrations where healthcare professionals could observe SONIK being used firsthand with real patients, including pre-surgical and post-surgical cases. And honestly, the experience was extraordinary. Watching the patients, listening to their feedback, seeing their reactions, and witnessing the response of the healthcare professionals in the room was a real eye-opener.
It reminded me that bringing a medical technology to market is about much more than selling a device. It is about learning, asking questions, listening to doctors, listening to patients, and understanding the technology as deeply as possible. That is what makes this journey so exciting for me. SONIK is a newly FDA-cleared, non-surgical medical device that uses low-frequency sound impulse technology. The technology is already being used internationally, and now we are focused on introducing it to more healthcare professionals across the United States.
At the heart of SONIK is a unique low-frequency sound impulse technology designed to deliver precise impulses to the upper cervical region. By targeting the C1–C2 area, the technology is intended to address vertebral misalignment and its relationship to posture and movement. The goal is to help restore a more balanced alignment of the upper cervical spine, which can influence overall posture and body mechanics. What makes the technology particularly interesting is that the process is non-surgical and precisely guided, allowing healthcare professionals to observe changes in posture and movement during the treatment experience.
We are currently planning our next SONIK demonstration, where healthcare professionals will have the opportunity to see the technology firsthand and learn more about its approach to posture, movement, and chronic pain. If you are a healthcare professional interested in learning more, reach out to me directly leo@spinateam.com
📍 West Palm Beach — Thursday, September 17
📍 Miami — Friday, September 18
And if you cannot attend in person, we can also arrange a Zoom presentation.
This is just the beginning of the SONIK journey in the United States, and I am very excited about what comes next.
Thank you, Dr. Khan, for believing in me and trusting me with this opportunity.
